Visitors from Utah

On Wednesday Kevin and his family

came to Star for a visit.

They arrived around dinner time

just in time to help us eat 

Spaghetti, Bread Stix and

Mini Drumsticks

We only had a couple of days together,

but we managed to keep busy the whole time!

On Thursday morning Connor and Steve

picked Strawberries from the garden

to have with our breakfast.

With a quick lesson from Grandpa, it didn't take

Connor very long to decide that

 eating them was a lot

more fun than picking them!

Crew didn't help with the "picking"

but...

He sure enjoyed helping us with the "eating"

We watered the new Iris plants....

played ball....

ate a picnic lunch on the back patio....

Jetta had a Juice stand in the front yard....

set up a playhouse tent....

and

went to a park in Eagle that was

w....a....y....fun!

there were BIG slides....

Swings....

bouncy springy riding things....

climbing rocks....

a sno-cone shack and....

a water play ground.

and ALL the kids took turns standing

under this very cool water feature.

It dumped every 20 seconds.

we played for a couple of hours then

Steve and I took everyone to

Wendy's for dinner.

By the time we got back to the house everyone

was pretty tired so the kids went to the

playroom to watch a movie before bedtime.

and another fun filled day!

Yep, Debbi caught a flight to Boise on

Friday Afternoon after work.

Everyone left on Saturday afternoon and

all arrived home safely.

We had so much fun and enjoyed being together

even if it was just for just a couple of days.
