Monday 3/1
Since Linda's birthday (2/28) fell on Sunday this year we celebrated this evening with dinner at a local restaurant.
El Mariachi Loco
Our waiter put this Mariachi Sombrero on her head, brought dessert and the staff sang happy birthday. We enjoyed this very embarrassing moment with Ron & Cheryl (Fuller)
Saturday 3/6
This week Steve received and put together this model airplane.
It is a model of the EMB 175 plane that Debbi flies in most of the time,
She calls it her "office"
Sunday 3/7
With Linda and Jen's, birthdays just 3 days apart, they usually celebrate their special days together.
Tonight, a little late, they listened to family sing a rousing chorus of Happy Birthday then . . .
blew out the candles on this yummy cheese cake !
Monday 3/8
Well, it must be spring . . . .
Our "resident" duck couple is back ! Love seeing them wander around our neighborhood every spring. They have made their nests at our house, and many of our neighbor's homes for several years now. It's always fun to discover which house they picked when we see all the little chicks emerge and waddle off down the street.
Saturday 3/13
Today is Debbi's 14th anniversary with SkyWest Airlines
She received a Congratulations message online from SkyWest Corp.
Also, last Thursday Charlotte had surgery to remove a blockage from her stomach.
This morning we got to visit with her via DUO. She is looking good and even smiling ! Her daddy brought four packages, that people sent to Charlotte, up to the hospital so she could open them. She was excited ! We are glad she is doing well and look forward to the day she will be able to go home.
Update: The tube and one IV were removed Sunday and she was able to go home on Tuesday evening . . . YaY !
Friday 3/19
This week both of us got our 2nd Covid vaccine's - Steve on Monday and Linda today.
We are happy to report that neither of us had to wait and, a week later, neither of us have had any side effects . . . YaY !

The last day of March was a beautiful day.
Steve cleaned out our little raspberry patch and it looks GREAT !
To celebrate the day . . . .
we went to Sonic Drive-in for dinner
On the way home, we enjoyed the beginning of what is sure to be . . . .
a beautiful sunset !
They say that if March comes in like a lion, it will go out like a lamb.
It may, or may not have come in like a lion
(can't remember that long ago),
but it is definitely going out like a lamb !
(At least for a few days)
April is on it's way in and we are having more and more warm-weather days all the time. We look forward to enjoying more "outside" time in the coming weeks.
