Shortly before Christmas we bought this 23" clock for
our TV room. We loved it and put it right above our TV.
It fit right in with all our family pictures and wall decor.
It matched our colors and was easy to read.
When we returned home from Texas we got an e-mail
informing us that the clock was being recalled.
It seems the outer wooden frame was twisting and
causing the glass to break and possibly shatter.
We were so disappoined. We even thought we'd just keep
it and take a chance that ours wouldn't break...
then about a week ago Matt noticed
a crack in the glass.
We started looking for another clock both around
town and online but coudn't find
one we liked in our price range.
Then Monday we found this one at Kohls. It
doesn't have the "Family" touch, but it
looks nice and is kind of fun with all the different
number styles and second hand disc just above the 6.
It was on sale for 1/2 price plus we had a coupon for
an additional 30% off. With all those discounts it landed
right in our price range!
So this is our new clock and we are learning
to love it too.
